Commiss.toner Pulliam offered motion that the City of Paducah approve the execution of an ggreement between the City of Paducah and Larkin Plumbing (Company dated January 10, 1941, a copy of which agreement is on file in the office of the City :anagser, and under the terms if said agreement the City of Paducah accepts the bid of Larkin Plumbing Company 1n the aum of $6862.00 for the hcmtine and plumbing ifixtures to be installed in the new addition to the Riverside Hospital, subject to all "of the terms and conditions contained in said agreement, and subject further to the i �condltion that said Contractor execute and deliver to the City a bond with corporate surety approved by the City Manager of Paducah, guaranteeing the faithful performance of said contract.
