At a regular meeting of the Board of Commisalaners hold In the Com-
missioners Chamber at the City Ball, Paducah, Kentucky, at 7:30 O'clock P.m, on the
24th day of December, 1940, Mayor Lackey presided and upon call of the roll the
follocrinr answered to their names: Commissioners Baker, Blackburn, Dorian, Pulliam
and Myer Lackey (5).

At an adjourned regular meeting of the Board of Commissioners held

in the Cormiasioners Chamber at the City Hall, Paducch, Kentucky, at 9:30 o'clock
A.N., on the 20th day of December, 1940, mayor Lackey presided and upon call of the
roll the folloviinC answered to their names: Commissioners Baker, Blackburn, Dorian,
Pulliam and Mayor Lackey (5).
Commissioner Pulliam offered motion that a resolution entitled:
"A RESOLUTION AUMORIZING AND EMPOi7ERING JME3 P. SMITH, CITY MANAGER, TO ADVLP.rISE
FOR, RECEIVE AND ACCEPT BIDS FOR THE PURCHASE OF BUILDING t:ATERIAL TO BE USED I;I THE
CONSTRUCTION OF THE NEF! ADDITION TO FIIE RIVERSIDE HOSPITAL, AND FOR 111 IA BOIt TO BE
PE^GORIED IN COIXECTION WITH THE CONSTnUCTION OF SAID HOSPITAL; AND PRESCRIBING THE
NAN;;ER IN GiIICH SAID BIDS SHALL BE RLCEIVED", be adopted. Adopted on call of the
