Minutes of the previous meeting were adopted as read. Cemetery Commissioner Baiter offered the following motion: I move that a deed =ed to � "...'..Rudd granted to L. M. Rudd and wife for the East one-half of Lot 7, Block 4 in the Liausoleuv, Addition to Oak Grove Cemetery upon proper payment of $120.00 to the City Treasurer be approved. Adopted on call of the Roll: Yeas Commissioners Baker, Blackburn, :f Dorian, Pulliam and Idayor Lackey (5). Payroll first Commissioner Baker offered motion that the payroll for the first half of half Dec. 1940 December 1940 be allowed in the amount of $9606.35, and that the City Treasurer be authorized to pay same by check drawn on the General Viand. City e -Ploy- Comnissioner:Pulliam offered the following motion: I move that if any ecs Frantodt siclt !cave regular enployee of the City of Paducah, including policemen and firemen, is required to be absent from duty on account of sickness, that such employee be paid his regular salary or wages, provided the total time of his absence from duty on,account of sick- ness does not exceed twelve (12) days in any one (1) year, and provided further that It is not necessary for the City Manager to employ another person to perform the duties of such disabled employee during his absence.
