Contract between City yjJ Commissioner Blackburn offered the following motion: I move of Paducah and Stein that the original of the contract entered into between the City of Paducah and Stein Brothers & Boyce on g .✓ Riverside Hospital Bonds ;Brothers & Boyce, dated October 29th, 1y40, be received and filed an a part of the t Ilofficial records of the City of Paducah, and that the City Clerk be authorized to mail 9 r copy of said executed contract to Stein Brothers & Boyce. Adopted on call of the roll: Yeas; Commissioners Baker, Blackburn, Dorian, Pulliam and L;ayor Lnekey (5). Street light petition ''i Mayor Lackey offered motion that the petition signed by John 7th & Burnett Streets referred to City Mgr.Amos and others requesting a street light at 7th & Burnett Streets be received and (filed and rafer:•ed to the City (.tanager. Ordinance authorizing Mayor Lackey offered the following motion: I move that an execution of deed to L.P..Earnes rdinance entitled: "AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING T;iE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK 40 EXECUTE AJ.D aELIVER, FOR AND ON BEHALF OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, A DEED TO L. R.
