L. Petition for Street -G. L. P gn Y Wilkerson - filed :Silkerson; and others requesting the installation of street lights be received and ifiled, and that the City Manager be authorized to have an investigation made and report Ordinance authorizing co^troCt with Stein Eros & Loyce for hospital C,n': s !Adopted on call of the roll: Yeas; Commissioners Baker, Blackburn, Pulliam and Mayor Lackey (4). Mayor Lackey offered motion that an ordinance entitled: "AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A CONTRACT BY TilE TERMS OF WHICH THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY OBLIGATES ITSELF TO PAY TO STEIN bROS., & BOYCE OF LOUISVILLE, KENTUCKY, SUP?JECT TO 1HE TERM.; AND CONDITIONJ Hi•:HEIN CONTAINED, A SUM NOT EXCEEDING 5.EVENTY-FIVE HURT.?'F:D ($7500.00) DOLLARS FOR SERVICES NECESSARY AND INCIDEBT TO THE IS-SUANCE AND SALE OF i. _. .'ITt.L REVENUE EONDS IN THE AGGREGATE AMOUNT OF APPHOXIVATELY ONE HUN 9ED AND J3uI1D $150,000.00) DOLLARS AND ALSO IN CONSIDERATION OF THE AGHEH1'iNT OF THE ..ATD JTEIN IROS. & BOYCE TO LID FOR SAID BONDS WHEN .TOLD AN AMCIUNT NOT LESS TIIAN PAI{ ':1T­JiE:1T", be introduced at a reLn:lar meotin of the Board of Com:11salor. Mayor Lackey g License Ordinance amend- Y y offered the following motion: I move that an ordinance ed entitled: "AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 4 OF AN ORDINANCE EIITITLED: 'AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE CLASSIFYING AND LICENSING OF VEHICLES PLYING THE STREEPS OF THE CITY �OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, AND PRESCRIBING A PENALTY FOR THE VIOLATION OF SAID ORDINANCE', �IWHICH WAS ADOPTED BY THE BOARD OF CON IISSIONM-3 ON DECEMBER 30, 1937" be introduced at a regular meeting of the Board of Commissioners and remain on file for one (1) weak i! �in the completed form in which it shall be put upon its final passage, and if adopted l it shall be in full force and effect ten (10) days thereafter.
