At an adjourned regular meeting of the Board of Commissioners hold in
the Commissioners Chamber at the City Hall, Paducah, Kentucky, at 2 o'clock P.M. on the
3rd dny of October, 1940, Mayor Lackey presided and upon call of the roll the following

ifiled, and that the City Manager be authorized to have an investigation made and report

KENTUCKY OBLIGATES ITSELF TO PAY TO STEIN bROS., & BOYCE OF LOUISVILLE, KENTUCKY,

�OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, AND PRESCRIBING A PENALTY FOR THE VIOLATION OF SAID ORDINANCE',
�IWHICH WAS ADOPTED BY THE BOARD OF CON IISSIONM-3 ON DECEMBER 30, 1937" be introduced at
a regular meeting of the Board of Commissioners and remain on file for one (1) weak
