Street Light in alley ✓� Mayor Lackey offered motion that a petition signed by Robert Nolan, at al between Broadway and Mrequesting that a street light be laced in the alley between Broadway and Kentucky Kentucky Avenue and it g P y 2nd and 3rd streets �I Avenue and Second and Third Streets be received and filed, and that the City Manager �be instructed to have said light installed. Smith, City Manager, dated October 12 1940, d to execute NPA proposal recommending that an application be made to the Work Projects Administration for for Noble Park Lake financial assistance in the improvement of Noble Park by deepening the lake and con- croting and riprapping the banks of said lake be received and filed, and that the City j Manager be authorized to execute for and on behalf of the City of Paducah a project proposal for the purpose of securing such financial assistance. Association the Corson Park Fair Association the sum of 075.00 for use in defraying the expense appropriated'! 275.00 incurred by the association in sponsoring the McCracken County Fair, and that the amount so contributed be charged to the city's appropriation to Donations and Associations under the Apportionment Ordinance for the year 1940.
