At a regular meeting of the Board of Commissioners hold in the Com:nlssionern
Chamber at the City Rall, Paducah, Kentucky, at 7:30 o'clock P.M., on the 9th day of
July, 1940, Mayor Lackey presided and upon call of the roll the following answered
to their names: Co:mnissioncra Balser, Blackburn, Dorian, Pulliam and Mayor Lnckey
