Adopted on call of the role: Yeas; Commissioners Baker, Blackburn, Dorian, Pulliam and Mayor Lackey (5). Mayor Lackey offered motion that the letter addressed to James P. �ssement through flood wall property for Smith, City Manager from Ur. R. F. I-TeMurry, dated June 14, 1940, be received and richt of way to Highway Dept., N. 13th St., filed, and that the Mayor be authorized to execute said Easement for Highway purposes. iAdopted on call of the roll: Yeas; Commissioners Baker, Blackburn, Dorian, Pulliam and 1!ayor Lackey (5) On motion meeting adjourned.
