Adopted on call of the role: Yeas; Commissioners Baker, Blackburn, Dorian, Pulliam and Mayor Lackey (5). Mayor Lackey offered motion that the letter addressed to James P. �ssement through flood wall property for Smith, City Manager from Ur. R. F.
