Proceedings of Board of Cam. issloners City of Paducah May 28, 1940
At a reCular meeting of the Board of Commissioners hold in the
'Commissioners' Chaebor at the City Ball, Paducah, Kentucky, at 7:30 o'clock P.bt., on
28th day of May, 1940, Mayor Lackey presided and upon call of the roll the following
answered to their names: Coeaaissloners Baker, Blackburn, Dorian, Pulliam and 1layor
Lackey (5).
Minutes of the previous meetings were adopted as road.
Ordinance authorizing the Mayor Lackey offered the following motion: Z move that an
