Proceedings of Board of C,rmissioners City of Paducah May 21, 1940
At a reCular meeting of the Board of Commiasion.ra held in
the Co:mniosioners Chamber at the City Hall, Paducah, Kentucky, at 7:30 o'clock P.M. on
the aat day of fray, 1940, Mayor Lackey presided and upon call of the roll the
following answered to their names: Commissions,,^s Baker, Blackburn, Dorian, Pulliam
and Mayor Lackoy (5).
Minutes of the previous meetings were adopted as read•
Ordinance re$ Commissioner Baker offered motion that an ordinance entitled:
