At a call neeting of the Board of Commissioners held In the
Commisslobersv Chamber at the City Hall, Paducah, Kentucky, at M:60 ovcloek P.M., on
the .16th day of February, 1338, ;iayor Washburn presided and upon call of the roll the
following answered to their names: Commisbioners Hank, Ue'Lton, Pulliam, Stubblefield

the first one-half of February, 1958 and to transact any other bu:;lness that may
core properly before the meeting.
Commissioner Hank offered motion that the payroll for the first half
