At a reCular mooting of the Board of Commissioners held in the Conmissioncr3f
`Ch7,nbar at the City Rall, Paducah, Nentucky, at 7:30 o'clock P.M., on the 20th day of
February, 1940, Commissioner Pulliam presided as mayor pro tan in the nLsence of Mayor
Lac%cy, and upon call of the roll the following answered to their names: Cormilsoloners
?arcs, Blackburn, Dorian and Iayor pro tom Pulliam (4).
i Minutes of the previous meetings were adopted as read.
Commissioner Balser offered motion that the payroll for the first half of
Payroll - first Feb. '-,UPebrunry, 1940 be allowed in the amount of y9,364.30 and that the City Treasurer be
"authorized to pay sane by checks drawn on the General Fund. Adopted on call of tin
roll: Yeas; Commissioners Baker, Blackburn, Dorian and Payor pro tom Pulliam (4).

issued between 2/14 &
2/20/40 iTreacurer, settlnZ forth in itemized form all checks issued between Folruary 14th
and February 20th, 1940, both inclusive, be received and filed. Adopted on cell of
