granted permission Chief Paduke Post No. 31 of the American LeZion Amusement Committee having requested
to sponsor carnival i
for charity without the privilege of having a carnival shown in Paducah, Kentucky, on April 15th to April
license fee
20th, 1940, the net proceeds of which will be used exclusively for charitable purposes;
I move that p�rmiasion be granted for the holding of said show by
snid Amusement Committee of Chief Paduke Post No.31, American Le. -ion, under said con-
ditiona, and that there be no license or privilege charge collected therefor.
