At a regular meeting, of the Board of Co%Lilssioners held Ln the:
Co::uissloners' Chamber at the City Hall, Paducah, Kentucky, at 5:30 o'clock P-1.,
Jry on the Loth day of February, 1938, Mayor Washburn presided and upon tali of the
M roll the following answered to their names: Commissioners Hank, Meltou, PulUa,u,
Stubblefield and ;:layer Washburn (5).
Sinutes of the previous meeting were adopted as read.
Coamis-,ioner ;.:elton offered the following motion: That application
for license to sell at retail beer and light wines by:
B. 'I. Vandevelde, 2605 Bridge Street, known as Snappy Tavern,
having been introduced on February 7, 1938, I now move that
permit or license for retailing beer aad light wine be approved
and .License be issued upon payment of amount of 'License fee.
Adopted on call of the roll: Yeas; Commissioners Hank, ?_elton, Pulliam,
Stub..lefield and Mayor Washburn (5).
Commissions Lelton offered the following motion: I move that
a license to sell at retail beer and light wines be granted to the following;
applica;:ts upon proper payment to the City Treasurer be approved:

Commissioner Melton offered the following motion: I move that
