At a call mectin;; of the Board of Commisairnora hold in the
Co-missioners Chamber at the City Hall, Paducah, Kentucky, at 10:00 o'clock A.M., on
the 50th day of January, 1940, Llayor Lackey presided and upon call of the roll the
foilouin^ a:v moored to their mans: Commissioners Baker, Blackburn, Dorian, Pulliam
and h'ayor Lackey (5).
.ayor Lackey stated that purpose of meeting was to receive and
open bide for the purchase of f:re hose as advertised, and to transact any other
tmsiness that say come properly before the moctino.
iLayor Lackey offered the following motion: I move that the bids
for the purchase of 4000 feet of fire hose submitted by:
Henry A. Patter Supply Company
Hank Bros
hero Fire Hose Company
Farr -Better Supply Company
American-LaFrance
General Fire Hose Company - Ferguson
be received and filed. Adopted on call of the roll: 'leas; Commissioners
9al:er, Blackburn, Dorian, Pulliam and Mayor Lackey (5).
On motion meetinZ adjourned.
