Minutes of the previous meetings were adopted as read.
Coacissioner Pulliam offered the following motion: At a sale

Beyer lot or parcel of land located at 561 North 5th street in Paducah, Kentudky; and which

sum was the hiEhest bid for said property;
I now move that the sale of said property to the said -Emmett L.
Beyer be approved and that the said Ernett L. Beyer be permitted to remove the buildings,
and out -houses from the lot as soon as he has paid in cash to the City of Paducah the
sum of $106.00. Adopted on call of the roll: Yeas; Commissioners Hank, Pulliam,
Stubblefield and Mayor 17ashburn (4).
Commissioner Pulliam offered the following motion: I move that
