'and to pay and construct extensions from said 3" pipe line by smaller size pipe linos,
so as to nrowide water service to a 10 acro tract of land and all parts thereof, owned
by him abutting on Buckner Lane, and the Commissioners of '.later '.orka having endorsed
`^eir approval on the petition filed by J. rJ. Dradloy, and having agrocd that the
installation may be made in the manner as set out herein,- I now move that the request
of the said J. Bradley be granted, but that the installation of the pipe connections
ani the rater service shall be subject to all of the terns and conditions contained

liable for failure to supply water or any specified pressure. Adopted on call of the
