Commissioners' Chamber at the City hall, Paducah, Kentucky, at 2 o'clock P.M., on the 13th day of March, 1939, Mayor Washburn presided and upon call of the roll the fol- �lowinC, answered to their names: Commissioners Hank, Melton, Pulliam, ;tubblefield and Mayor V,ashburn (5). Minutes of the previous meetings were adopted as read. Commissioner Hank offered motion that the petition signed by Petition requesting paving on (Madison property owners on Madison Street favoring the paving of said street be received, Street filed and referred to the Engineering Department. Adopted on call of the roll: Yeas; Commissioners Hank, Holton, Pulliam, Stubblefield and Mayor Washburn (5). Report of Audit Commissioner Hank o!fered the following motion: I move thnt the of Improvement Accts. F.udit of Improvement Accounts dated December 31st, 1938, prepared by Yeager & 11,bito, for year 1938 :1 Certified Public Accountants of Louisville, Kentucky, be received and filed. Adopted on call of the roll: Yeas; Commissioners Hank, Melton, Pulliam, Stubblefield Allie C. Rogers - ' deed to lot in Oak Grove and Mayor Washburn (5). Commissioner Stubblefield offered motion that a deed granted to Allie C. Rogers for Lot Iro.41 in Llock lro.4 on Chamblin Street in Oak Grove Cemetery in Paducah, Kentucky, upon proper payment of $40.00 to the City Treasurer, be approved, Adopted on call of the roll: Yeas; Commissioners Hank, Belton, Pulliam, Stubblefield Petition from Retail ✓' Commissioner Hank ofered motion that the communication from the Druggists referred to! Paducah Retail Druggists Association be received, filed and referred to the Family r roily Service Service Society. Adopted on call of the roll: Yeas; Commissioners Hank, Melton, /ll Pulliam, Stubblefield and Mayor I7ashburn (5). H. R. Hummel claim Commissioner Hans offered motion that the claim of II. R. Hummel referred to Corp. Counsel be received and filed and referred to the Corporation Counsel for necessary acti^n.
