Board of Commissioners February 20, 7.939
Proceedings of City of Paducah .-
At a regular meeting of the Board of Commissioners held in the Commissioners
Chamber at the City Hall, Paducah, Kentucky, at 2 o'clock P.N., on the 20th day of
February, 1939, Mayor 'Washburn presided and upon call of the roll the following answore
to their names: Commissioners Renk, Melton, Pulliam, Stubblefield and E.ayor Washburn
(5).
Minutes of the previous meetings were adopted as read.
111 Commissioner hank offered the following motion: I move that the petition
