At an adjourned regular mcotint of the Board of Co:mai3aionors held in the
Co:xaisrloners Chamber at the City Hall, Paducah, Kentucky, at 4 o'clock P.M., on the
30th day of December, 1938, Commissioner Hank presided as mayor pro tem in the absence
of Ksyor .;ashbarn and upon call of the roll the following answered to their names:
Comr.,isoioners Pulliam, Stubblefield and Llayor pro tom Hank (3).
Ad.our=nt Heyor pro tem Hank offered the following motion: I move the adjournment of
this mooting until December 31st, 1938, at 2 P.M. at which time the board shall resume
its meetin^ and take up whatever matters as may require attention. Adopted on call
of the roll: Ycas; Connisoioners Pulliam and Stubblefield and Mayor pro tem Hank (3).
