At a call meetinE of the Board of Cormnia::ioners held in the
Comnissioners' Chambor at the City Hall, Paducah, Kentucky, nt 10:30 o'clock A.M., on
the 17th day of Novonber, 1938, Mayor 'Washburn presided and upon call of the roll the
following ansv:ered to their names: Commissioners Hank, Melton, Pulliam and Mayor
';:ashburn (4).
Mayor Mashburn stated reason for call, to -wit: For the purpose
o: passing payroll for first half of November, 1938 and tranaast any other business
that may come before the meeting.
✓ ; Commissioner Hank offered motion that the payroll for the first

Treasurer be authorized to pay same by checks drawn on the General Fund. Adopted
