Proceedings of -Board of C issioners City of Padacab December 3, 1946
At a Regular tweeting of the Board of Commissioners held in the Commissioners,
Chamber at the City Hall, Paducah, Kentucky, at 7:30 o'clock P.M. on December 3, 1946
Mayor Seaton presided and upon call of the Roll the following answered to their names:
Commissioners Friedlander, Johnston, Sims, Ylilliams and Mayor Seaton (5). i
Minutes of the previous meeting were adopted as read.
Commissioner Williams offered motion that the Board of Commissioners recommend i
to the City tanager that he include In his budget for the year 1947 an appropriation
Pave River / in the sum of ,3,500 for the purpose of paving the river front between Broadway and

priate 3500 Kentucky Avenue in accordance with the plans approved by the City Manager and tl:e

'Nater Co. - Commissioner Johnston offered motion that the Financial Report of the Paducah
Report Oct.
1947 ;Tater Works for the month of October, 1946, be received and filed. Adopted on call

Audit Proposal Commissioner Johnston offered motion that the Board of Commissioners receive

amount of u2000.00 for the preparation of an Audit of the accounts of the City of

propane gas in said tank on the property of the Kentucky Utilities Company in the
block bounded by Monroe §treet, 15adison Street, Second Street and Third Street and
adjacent to the present gas plant be approved.
I further move that the location selected by said company for the unloading of
propane gas on the west side of the power plant building in the block bounded by
Jefferson Street, Monroe Street, Second Street and Third Street be also approved.
