ISinutes of the previous meetings were adopted as read. Com::issioner Williams offered motion that the certificate of insurance showing the issuance of a public liability policy to Dennis a Valeria.Larklns by the hartford Accident Indemnity Company on Larch 18, 1946, as required under the provisions of an ordinance entitled "AN ORDINANCE REGULATING TILE DIGGING, OPENING aa3 OR EXCAVATING IN ANY STREET, SIDEFIALK, GRASS PLOT, ALLEY OR GThER PUBLIC WAY OF TILE I CITY OF PADUCAh, AND FIXING ThE PENALTY FOR ANY VIOLATION ThEREOF", which was adopted on September 24, 1946, and amended October 26, 1946, be received, filed, and approved. Commissioner Williams offered motion that the Board of Commissioners receive, file and approve certain bonds and public liability insurance policies executed as required under the provisions of an ordinance entitled "AN ORDINANCE REGULATING THE DIGGING, OPENING OR EXCAVATING IN ANY STREET, SIDMALK, GRASS PLOT, :,LLEY OR OTHER PUBLIC "':IAY OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, AND FIXING ThE PENALTY FOR ANY VIOLATION ThLREOF", which was adopted on September 24, 1946, and amended October 26, 19461 which bonds are described as follows: ^(1) Bond of Thomas Benton White in the sum of 81,000.00 executed on October 5, 1946, with the Fidelity a Deposit Company of Maryland as his surety. -+(2) Bond of Chastaine a Habacker in the sum of $1,000.00 executed on October 23, 1946, with the Fidelity and Casualty Company of New York as their surety. •1(3) Public liability insurance policy issued to Graves a Morrow by the Fidelity and Casualty Company of New York on October 9 1946. -:(4) Public liability insurance policy issued to Will A. Herbert by the American r Employers'Insurance Company on September 23, 1946. _(5) Public liability insurance policy issued to Chastaine a Ilabacker by the Fidelity and Casualty Insurance Company of New York on October 23, 1946. ,A(6) Certificate of Insurance showing issuance of public liability insurance Policy to Youngblood Pluming a Heating Supply Company on October 2c, 1945. •(7) Letter of C. Kolb having Miss Ruby M. Kolb t presented to the Board Commissioners her deed of conveyance executed and delivered j to her by lays. Evalina I.1elloo iaohundro, et a1., dated October 28th, 1946, jj under the terms of which there is conveyed to her all of the grantors right, title, and interest in and to the following described property: 1 A strip twenty-nine feet in width off the east half of Lot No. 405, in Section 28 of said cemetery, which plot of ground consists of a strip at the corner of said lot facing on the east line thereof twenty-nine i; feet and on -the south line thereof nineteen and being a plot twenty- nine feet by nineteen feet, more or less. That the conveyance of said cemetery lot to Miss Ruby M. Kolb of Paducah, Kentucky, j be approved and that the City Clerk be authorized to make proper notation on the Cemetery Register showing said conveyance. (5) Resignation of Commissioner Williams offered motion that the letter of Mr. Charles A. 111. E. Bryant, Williams Cit Mana er concerningthe resignation of Vt. E. Bryant, in which he advises the City MAnager of his resignation from said office be received and filed.
