Shell Oil Commissioner 31ms offered motion that the board of Commissioners receive and Co. A;-ree- nent file the letter of itr. R. W. Sheeley, Division Sales supervisor of the shell Oil Comoalny, dated October 4, 1946, together with the original of the letter written by As. Chas. A. 'Williams, the City Ymnager, to ;ir. R. C. lZueller, Acting Division Manager of the Shell 011 Company, St. Louis, Missouri, dated September 7, 1946, and that said last mentioned letter and the bid and ordinance referred to in said letter be accepted as and for the contract under which the City of Paducah will purchase from the ~hell Oil Company the Shell Premium Ethyl Gasoline required in rovernmental operations of the h City for a period of four months, beginning October 1, 1946.
