Mayor Seaton presided and upon call of the Roll the following answered to their names;
Commissioners 8rledlander, Johnston, Sims, Williams and Vayor .:eaton (5).
Mayor Seaton offered motion that the Uosrd of Commissioners receive end file
the copy of the letter written by the City Danager, Mr. Chas. A. Williams, to Mr.
Earl Shoup, Attorney for the Nutlonal Cast Iron Pipe Company, with reference to the
settlement of the claims against the City of Paducah in the several suits which the
company has instituted for the enforcement of liens against property securing the
payment of sewer improvement taxes, and that the coard of Commissioners approve
the offer of settlement made by the City lZanager upon the terms and conditions
set forth In said letter. Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners
Freidlander, Johnston, Sims, Williams and Mayor Seaton (5).
On motion the meeting adjourned. j
