Wooley and i others requesting the Mayor, The members of the Board of Commissioners, and the City � Y.snager to cause to be repaired that part of George Street between 7th Street and 8th Street, be received and filed, that the matter be referred to the City hanager for attention, and that the City Manager be requested to report to the board at Its next meeting the action taken by him. Jennings has sold his place of business known as the "Nip N' Sip" at 211 Broadway hthe premises for which a malt beverage license has been issued, and that he is no longer engaged in such business; i I move that the Corporation Counsel be authorized to have entered in the Franklin Circuit Court an order dismissing the petition filed by the City of Paducah, Kentucky, and Rudy Stewart, Alcoholic Beverage Administrator of the City of Paducah, Kentucky, against Charles Brown, Jr., Chairman, and Richard R. Slack and R. E. Keown, members of the ^lcoholic Leverage Control Board, and William Jennings for an appeal from the Order of the Alcoholic Beverage Control Board dismissing the charges preferred against the defendant, William U. Jones Vasseur Avei PROVIDING FOR THE CLOSING OF A PUBLIC ALLEY SIXTEEN FEET IN WIDTH RUNNING FROM THE iSOUT'HERLY LINE OF VASSEUR AVENUE 130.0 FEET ALONG THE REAR OF' THE PROPERTY OF T. A.
