At a Called meeting of the .yard of Commissloners held in the Commissioners,
;;:au.er at the City hall, Paducah, Kentucky, at 7:30 ofclock i'. F. on June 26th, 1046
1:ayor Seaton presided and upon call of the Roll the following anawored to their names:
Commissioners Friedlander, Johnston, Sims, .711liams and 6iayor Seaton (5).
...acting was called for the purpose of hearing the charges preferred againat
illiam :. Jennings.
Commissioner :-riedlander offered the following motion:
The "a -or and the membors of the 1'oard of Commissioners havinz heard the
tostimony introduced upon the charges preferred against ':lYlliam 1.1. Jenninga for
revocation of his license to conduct a lunch stand and restaurant, which evidence
mIll be shown by the stenographer's report of the evidence;
I move that the pleadings, motions and orders filed and made on the hearing
of said charges as the same is shown in the stenographer's report of the proceedings
herein be received and filed and that the toard of Commissloners adopt the following
findings of :acts and judgment:
(1) That the said �,i111am 7. Jerninea, owner and proprietor of the restaurant
at 211 =roadway '.m own as the Nip and Sip in Faducah, Kentucky, is guilty of the
charges preferred against him by Yr. Charles 1.illiams, City Manager of Paducah,
in that he suffered and permitted disorderly c onduct in said restaurant at the times
and on the occasions complained of in said eharZ:es and has so permitted disorderly
0 canduct on said premises on numerous other occasions for a year prior to June 9th,
1946;
(2) it is therefore ordered and adjudged by the Board of Commissioners that
the license issued to him for the privilege of' conducting a lunch stand and restau-
rant at 211 'roadway in Foducah, Kentucky, for the year 1946, be and the same is
hereby revoked. Adopted on ca,l of the Roll, Yess, Commissioners Friedlander,
Johnston., Zims, 7.illiams and rayor Seaton (5).
On motion the :meeting adjourned.
