Herbert Sheehan' -I' Commissioner Williams offered the following motion: The board of Trustoea
Leave of Absence
of the lolicemen's and Firemen's Pension Fund having granted to Hertert Sheehan, a
police officer of the City of Paducah, Kentucky, a pension pursuant to the provisions
of KRS 95.550, ordering a pension to be paid to him in the sum of $60.00 par month
during his temporary total disability not exceeding one year, the first pension paymen,
to be made on April 1,1946 for the period from April 1, 1946 to May 1, 1946;
I move that the said Herbert Sheehan be given a leave of absence from the

City Manager, to Mr. L. R. Howson and Mr. Jay Samuel Hartt, the appraisers appointed
to value the electric properties of the Kentucky Utilities Company a copy of which
was mailed to Mr. R. M. -matt, President of the Kentucky Utilities Company, in which
they were requested to advise when the City may expect to receive the appraisal

City Vanager; Appoint Mr. Chas A. 191111ams, the Acting City Manager, to serve as City Manger
of the City of Paducah and as such to be the executive agent of the Mayor and the
i, Board of Commissioners in the management of the city affairs, to perform such other

duties as may be imposed upon him under the statutes of the State of Kentucky and
the ordinances of the City of Paducah, and said manager to receive for his services
