Chamber at the City Hall, Paducah, Kentucky, at 7:30 o'clock P.Y. on April 23, 1946,

:-n Commissioner 7lilliams offered motion that the petition of Cora Mae Sanders and

others residinr on and near the Old r.'ayfield Road, I?endren Road, and burger Road,
outside the city limits of Paducah, Kentucky, for authority tz tap the privately owned
water line of Fendron Community Eater Association, for the purpose of providing water ervice
to ^aid petitioners as set ofrth in said petition, be received and filed and that the
request in said petition be iranted in accordance with the terms therein set forth.
h It is understood, however, that in granting the privilege sought in said petition

neither the City of Paducah nor the Commissioners of '.ater :7orka obligato the said citj
to :,.aintain said pipe line, or to purchase same at this time, or in the event the
territory should in question become a part of the city limits.
It is further understood that the petitioners will subscribe for water service
at the rates now, or hereafter prescribed for water service to consumers outside the

city limits and subject in all respects to the rules and regulations of the City of
Paducah, or its Commissioners of 1:'ater 7:orks which may be now In force, or hereafter
enacted.
Clothing in the grantine of this petition shall obligate the City of Paducah to
Guarantee :tater pressure or service, and said water service may be discontinued throug
said pipe line, or any part thereof, or at any time, when in the judpnent of the

"Upon Violation of any prov.iaion of thin or any other ordinnnee
or laws of the state of 'entuc!cy by any personholding a license
to engaje in any business, occupatLon, profe33lon, trade of calling
as herein provided, such license may be revoked ty the board of
Commiauioner3; and the judgment or conviction In the Iolice Court
or any other Court of competent jurisdiction of a violation of
any of the provisions of this or any other ordinance or laws of the
State of Kentucky shall be conclusive evidence of ouch violation.

YanaEer, regarding the preparation of advanced plans for sewer construction in the
City of Facucah within the next few years, ce received and filed. adopted on call
