It is further understood that the petitioners will subscribe for water service at the rates now, or hereafter prescribed for water service to consumers outside the J city limits and subject in all respects to the rules and regulations of the City of Paducah, or its Commissioners of 1:'ater 7:orks which may be now In force, or hereafter enacted.
