At a Hogulnr M.c eting of the Loard of Commissioners held in the Commissioners'
Chamber at the City hall, Paducah, Kentucky, at 7:30 o'clock P.M. on Larch 6th, 1946,
??ayor Seaton presided and upon call of the Roll the following answered to their names:

and file the bids submitted by E.L.Beyer, Roy A. Cancer, The Vandevelde Tile Company,
James T. Dooms, .7. C. Travis, and Frank Gains for the purchase of the brick building
located on the i:orth aide of l4cycra Street between Farley ilace, if extended and
Island Creek.
It appearing that the bid of E.L.Beyer in the sum of ;751.50 is the higheat

offer made for said building and that the City Ym nager has recommended that the build -I
Ing be sold at that price, I therefore move that the bid of the said E.L.Beyer be
accepted and that the City tanager be authorized to sell said building to him for

Commissioner Johnston offered motion that the Loard of Commissioners receive

T move that the Loard of Commissioners decline to hear charges againat the
Chief of Police upon the accusations contained in either the ovi,-lnal or the amended
