Commissioner Fulliam offered motion that the following reports for the month of
Y December 1945, be received: Dr. W.J.Sasa, Oak Grove Cemetery & Fire Department.
Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Johnston, Pulliam a Iayor Seaton (`).
Commissioner Pulliam offered motion that the differences in the salaries paid
employees of the dinance Dppartment and the amounts of said salaries as fixed Ly the
apportionment ordinance for the year 1945 be considered as payment for extra overtime
work performed by said employees during the year and that on the records for December
1945 the amounts of such differences be transferred from account 506 to the individua
accounts of such employees. Adopted on call of the Roll, Yens, Commissioners
Johnston, Pulliam and Yayor Seaton (3).
Commissioner Johnston offered motion that exonerations Uca. 11780 to 12189
inclusive be received and filed; and that the amount of 14,0E8.69 be exonerated on
tax bills as shoven on said exonerations:
