Commissioner Pulliam offered motion that the differences in the salaries paid employees of the dinance Dppartment and the amounts of said salaries as fixed Ly the apportionment ordinance for the year 1945 be considered as payment for extra overtime work performed by said employees during the year and that on the records for December 1945 the amounts of such differences be transferred from account 506 to the individua accounts of such employees.
