James Clay Commissioner Johnston offered motion that the City of Paducah pay the additional Pay expenses expense which will be incurred by James Clay for his transportation by ambulance to II Campbell's Clinic at 1:emphls, Tennessee, and for the further examination to be made by physicians t�ere for the purpose of determining whether the cast may now be removed j from his leg, and that said expense be charged to the Contingent Fund.
