office, and that he be authorized to pay from unused appropriation to that department
an additional salary of c220.00 for the employment of an extra clerk during the month
of December, 1945, and that the additional salary of .220.00 which the P.1anager proposes
to pay dur!nF the month of January 1946 be treated as a current departmental expense.
