� and upon call of the roll the following answered to their names: Commissicnors
Block, Bradshaw, Holt, Rieke and Mayor Scott (5).
Minutes of the previous meeting were adopted as road.
Commissioner Rieke offered motion that the claim of the Southorn
Amiesite Asphalt Company, for material furnished the City, for amount of
A 135.75, having been duly approved for allowance and payment, be allowed and the
Commissioner of Public Finance be authorized to pay same and charge to the Street
Department in the Department of Public :forks. Adopted on call of the roll:

Commissioner Rieke offered motion that the freight claim of the
Irk Nashville, Chattanooga & St. Louis P.R. on a shipment of asphalt coated stone for
p amount of w 541.33, having been duly approved for allowance and payment be
allowed, and the Co^assioner of Public Finance be authorized to pay some and char
to'the Street Department in the Department of Public '.forks. Adopted on call of
