"lhorens September 5th, 1932 as the regular meeting date of the
Board of Cemrisnionors and it boing also a holiday the regular meeting whichin
the ordinary course of events would have been held on that day ::•;as hold in the
Co=iasioners+ Chamber in the City Hall Building in the City of Paducah, Kentucky
at 2:00 o'clock P.M. on the 6th day of September, 1932, with tlnyor Scott prosiding
and upon call of the roll the following answered to their names:Commissioners
Block, Bradshaw, Holt, Rieke and T.Tayor Scott (5).

Charity Commissioner Rieke offered motion that the Commissioner of Public
orders
allowed Finance be authorized to pay the charity orders issued by the Family Service Society

Produce Co for the month of July 1932 to the A. Switzer Produce Company, for amount of v 60.36
and charge same to Viscellaneous Charity Fund in the Department of Public Safety,
same having been properly verified by the Commissioner of Public Safety, Adopted
on call of the roll: Yens; Commissioners Block, Bradshaw, Holt, Rieke and
Myer Scott (5)
Clain of Commissioner Rieke offered motion that the claim of Dr. 4?,J. Pieston

for use City Physician for amount of 15.00 for use of auto for month of August 1932

allowed, be allowed, and the Commissioner of Public Finance be authorized to pay same, and
charge to the Health Department in the Department of Public Affairs. Adopted on
call of the roll: Yeas; Commissioners Block, Bradshaw, holt, Rieke and
Mayor Scott (5).
Report of CommissionerHoltoffered motion that the report of the City Jailer

Jailer for for the month of August 1932, be received and filed. Adopted on call of the
