At a call meeting of the Board of Commissioners held In the
Commissioners Chamber in the City Hall Building in the City of Paducah, Kentucky
at 11:45 o!clock A.M. on the 19th day of August, 1932, Mayor Scott presided and
upon call of the roll the following answered to their names: Commissioners
Block, Holt, Rieke and Mayor Scott (4). Commissioner Bradshnw being absent.
Mayor Scott stated reason for call to '."It:- For the purpose of

Allo,nance of Commissioner Rieke offeredthe following motion: In compliance
