At a call meeting of the Board of Commissioners held in the
Commissioners Chamber in the City Hall Building in the City of Paducah, Kentucky
at 11:00 o'clock A.M. on the 17th day of August, 1932, Mayor Scott presided and
upon call of the roll the following answered to their names: Commissioners Block,
Holt, Rieke and Mayor Scott (4) COM. issioner Bradshaw being absent.
Mayor Scott stated reason for call to wit:- For the purpose of
authorizing the Commissioner of Public Finance to appoint deputy assessors to
assess personal property.
.0- Commissioner Rieke offered motion that the Commissioner of Public
