Cash Cr- Commissioner Rieke offered motion that the Cash Orders in the dors nllo-aed. amount of £ 27.86 be alliewed, and the Commissioner of Public Finance be reim- bursed by check on the General Fund for said amount, same to be charged to the proper fund. Commissioner Rieke offered motion that the Board of Education be allowed the amount of $ 25,750.00 as part payment due on tax collections for months of May and June 1932, and that the Commissioner of Public Finance be authorized to use said finds in the payment of a note executed by the Board of Education for b; 25,000.00 and the 0 750.00 interest duc when presented for pay- ment at the Peoples National Bank. Commissioner Rieke offered motion that the claim of the Paducah Slater Vfor;s for Fire Plug Rentals for June 1932, amounting to y 3,790.33 be allowed and the Commissioner of Public Finance be authorized to pay some and chnr(p to 'later Rentals in the Department of Public Affairs. Adopted on call of the roll: Yeas; Commissioners Block, Bradshaw, Folt, Rieke and Nayor Scott (5). Commissioner Rieke offered motion that the amount of 5,000.00 for payment of the note executed by the City of Paducah to the Citizens Savings Bank on March 30th, 1932, and the Commissioner of Public Finance be authorized to pay same on the day of maturity, July 5th, 1932. Adopted on call of the roll: Yeas; Commissioners Block, Bradshaw, Holt, Rieke and Irayor Scott (5). Co=iasionor Block offered motion that a deed be granted to Ho::ard L. Ross for lot 32 blook 5, in Oak Grove Cemetery upon payment of v 30,00 to Commissioner of Public Finance. Deed Crantec. to Commissioner Block offered motion that a deed be granted to Mrs. Bell Hall ;:nipple in Oak Mrs. Bell Hall Whipple for lots // 2,3, and 1/2 of 4, in Block `-' 49 in Oak Crave Grove Cemetery. , Cemetery upon payment of i7 75.00 to Commissioner of Public Finance.
