Kentucky at 3:00 o'clock P.M. on the 5th day of July, 1932,-1th Mayor Scott
presiding and upon call of the roll the following answered to their names:

Commissioner Rieke offered motion that the Board of Education be
allowed the amount of $ 25,750.00 as part payment due on tax collections for
months of May and June 1932, and that the Commissioner of Public Finance be
authorized to use said finds in the payment of a note executed by the Board of
Education for b; 25,000.00 and the 0 750.00 interest duc when presented for pay-
ment at the Peoples National Bank. Adopted on call of the roll: Yeas; Commission
aro Block, Bradshaw, Holt, Rieke and Mayor Scott. (5).
Commissioner Rieke offered motion that the claim of the Paducah
Slater Vfor;s for Fire Plug Rentals for June 1932, amounting to y 3,790.33 be
allowed and the Commissioner of Public Finance be authorized to pay some and chnr(p
to 'later Rentals in the Department of Public Affairs. Adopted on call of the
roll: Yeas; Commissioners Block, Bradshaw, Folt, Rieke and Nayor Scott (5).
Commissioner Rieke offered motion that the amount of 5,000.00
for payment of the note executed by the City of Paducah to the Citizens Savings
Bank on March 30th, 1932, and the Commissioner of Public Finance be authorized
to pay same on the day of maturity, July 5th, 1932. Adopted on call of the
roll: Yeas; Commissioners Block, Bradshaw, Holt, Rieke and Irayor Scott (5).

Ho::ard L. Ross for lot 32 blook 5, in Oak Grove Cemetery upon payment of
