jJ At a call meeting of the Board of Commissioners held in the
Commissionors' Chamber in the City Iiall Building in the City of Paducah,
J Kentucky at 4:00 o'clock P.M. on the 1st day of July, Mayor Scott presided and
upon call of tho roll the following answorod to their names: Commissioners
Block, Holt, Rieke and Mayor Scott (4). Corrissi�ner Braosbaw being absent.
Mayor Scott stated reason for call to -wit; For the purpose of
allowing the payrolls for the last half of June.
Balance of notE Commissioner Rieke offered motion that the Commissioner of Public
due Chemical
Bank and Trust Finance be authorized to pay through the Citizens Savings Bank the balance of
Company allowed
• $ 25,000.00 due on the note of y 50,000.00 executed by the City of Paducah to

the Chemical Bank & Trust Company, New York on January 6th, 1932, when some is

Commissioner Rieke offered motion that theCommissioner of Public
Finance be authorized to forward through the Citizens Savings bank the amount of
$i 25,000.00 as a payment on the note of y 50,000.00 executed by the City of
Paducah to the Chemical Ban], & Trust Company, New York on January 6th, 1932
which matured on June 30th, 1932. Adopted on call of the roll: Yeas:

the City of Paducah, for the month of June be received and filed. Adopted on
call of the roll: Yeas; Commissioners Block, Holt, Rieke and Mayor Scott (4).

Police (W.E. Bryant) of theCity of Paducah, for the month of June 1932, be
received and filed. Adopted on call of the roll; Yeas; Commissioners Block,
