It was my understanding in the beginning that a ten per cent Increase would be made, except as to registered nurses, and some incr�.ases in excess of ten per cent in the Finance Office. ror these reasons I feel it my duty to vote "Ho" on the adoption of this ordinance 4 and I request that my reasons for my vote as expressed hex -air, be spread upon the Minutes."
