VCommissloner Bannin offered the following motion: C. A. Betz Kibler to Betz - and his wife Bertha Betz of Paducah, Kentucky, having presented to the Board of of in Oak Grove Commissioncrs their deed 10 feet in width and 36 feet in length, being part of !Lot No.905 in Section 13, ill. Oak Grove Cemetery, in Paducah, Kentucky, which deed is executed and acknowledged by J. T. Kibler, W. G. Kibler, W. P. Kibler and his wife Gertrude Kibler, - I move that the conveyance of said burial lot as aforesaid °be approved, and that the cemetery records be corrected to show said conveyance. Paducah Water Work Commissioner Pulliam offered the following motion: I move that October report the financial report of the Paducah Water Works, municipally owned, for the month of October, 1y36 be received and filed. Adopted on call of the roll: Yeas; Commissioners Bannin, Lockwood, Selton, Pulliam and `_+ayor Washburn (5). Petition. requesting Mayor Washburn offered the following motion: I move that the extension of water petition addressed to the Mayor and Board of Commissioners asking for an extension mains on 6.22nd - of water mains on south 22nd street from the Clinton Road to Adams street be rec- Clinton !ld.t Adams eived, filed ani the :natter referred to the C?ty Manager with the request that he confer with the Paducah Water Works and ascertain whether they have funds available to lay said mains.
