:Sayor Washburn stated reason for call, to -wit: For the
parpose of considering e;.:ploy::,.rt of Special Counsel in the action of City National
Bank vs. City of Paducah, and the suit of Dairy Products producers against the City of
Paducah, and to transact any other business that may come before the meeting.
2ayor WaEhburn offered the following motion: I move that

Vs.Clty ascertain hat fee he will charge the City of Paducah as special cc:i:sel in the action

of the City National Bankvs receiver vs the City of Paducah, and to report to the
Board of Commissioners at the next regular meeting. Lost on call of the roll: Yeas;
