At a call muting of the Board of Comiaissiom:rs held in the
Commissiontrs' Chamber at the City Hall at 3 o'clock P.M. on the 3rd day of
November, 1936, Mayor Washburn presided and upon call of the roll the
following answered to their names: Commission rs Melton, Pulliam and Mayor
Washburn (3).
Mayor Washburn stated reason for call, to -wit: For the purpose
of allowing payroll for the last one-half of October, .193G, and to transact
any othar business that may come before the meeting.
ayrolls - 'last Commission r idelton offered the following motion: That the

payrolls for the last half of October, 1936, be allowed In the amount of
$9107.64, and that the City Treasurer be authorized to pay same by checks

for the amount of $8292.64, and to pay the remainder of $815.00 with
Paducah Industries Certificates. Adopted on call of the roll: Yeas;
