Proceedings of Board of Commi_sloners City of Paducah! Kentucky, October 19,1936
At a regular meeting of the Board of Commission rs held in the
Commissionersv Chamber at the City Hall, Paducah, Kentucky, at 2 o'cionk P.M.
on the 19th day of October, 19b6, Mayor Washburn presided and upon call of the
roll the following answered to their names: Commissioners Lockwood, ;Melton,
Pulliam and Mayor Washburn (4).
Minutes of the previous meetings were adopted as read.
Mayor Washburn offered the following motion: I move that the
widway Inn - J.B.
Wilson Hearing set letter from City Manager L. V. Bean reporting oonviction of J. B. Wilson,
for October 23
operator of the Midway Inn, be received and filed and notice be given to said
J. B. Wilson to appear before the Board of Commissioners on October 23rd at the
hour of 10 o'clock A.M. to show cause why his license should not be revoked.
Adopted on call of the roll: Yeas; Commissioners Lockwood, Melton, Pulliam and
Mayor Washburn (4).
McCracken County Mayor Washburn offered the following motion: I move that the
Public Health Unit
recommendations for i. letter from the Board od Health of McCracken County, by Dr. Teague, be received
amendment to Milk
ordinance and filed and the recommendations contained therein be approved, and Corporation
Counsel W. V. Eaton be directed to prepare an ordinance further regulating
the sale of milk in the City of Paducah. Adopted on call of the roll: Yeas;
Commissioners Lockwood, Melton, Pulliam and }Mayor Washburn (4).
Meeting adjourned ?Mayor Washburn offered the following motion: I move that this
regular meeting be adjourned to Tuesday, October 20, at the hour of 8:00 P.M.
