At a regular meeting of the Board of Commissioners held in the
Commissioners' Chamber in the City Hall Building in the City of Paducah, Kentucky
at 3:00 o'clock P.M. on the 6th day of June 1932, Mayor Scott presided and upon
call of the roll the following answered to their names: Commissioners Block,Bradshaw,
Holt, Rieke and Mayor Scott. (5).
Minutes of the previous meetings were adopted as read.
Refund of Commissioner Rieke offered motion that the allowance of claims for
City Auto
License refund of the ° 5.00 paid for City Auto License filed by residents of McCracken
to resi-
dents of County who are exempted as follows:

Pattie Barnett, License ;/ 2191 $ 5.00
Elvis Doyle License /; 2423 5.00
Marion Goad License n 2618 5.00
A.M. Prichett License # 2608 5.00
A.M. Caldwell License # 2662 5.00
Total
and that that the Com^issioner of Public Finance be authorized to pay some and charge to
the proper fund. Adopted on call of the roll: Yeas; Commissioners Block, Bradshaw,
Holt, Rieke and Mayor Scott (5).
Allowance Commissioner Rieke offered motion that A 200.00 be allowed the Boy
to Boy
Scouts Scouts, which is the amount fixed by the apportionment ordinance for the current
year, and that the Commissioner of Public Finance be authorized to pay same and
charge to the proper fund in the Department of Public Affairs. Adopted on call of
the roll: Yeas; Commissioners Block, Bradshaw, Holt, Rieke and Mayor Scott (5).
Report Commissioner Holt offered motion that the report of the Chief of
