At a call meeting of the Board of Commissioners held In the
Coauiisslonersv Chamber at the City Ball, Paducah, 4entucky, at 2 P.M. on the 4th
day of September, 1936, 20yor Washburn presided and upon call of the roll the
following answered to their names: Commissioners Hannin, Loc];wood, Pulliam and
_.layor Washbarn (4).
Mayor Washburn stated reason for call, to -wit: For the
purpose of allowing payrolls for the last one-half of August, 1936, and to transact
any other business that may come before the meeting.
Commissioner Hannin offered the following motion: That the
Payrolls- last payrolls for the last half of August, 1936, be allowed in the amount of $9336.07,
August, 1936 and that the City Treasurer be authorized to pay same by checks for the amount of
$8506.07, and to pay the remainder of $830.00, with Paducah Industries Certificates.
Adopted on call of the roll: Yeas; Commissioners Hannin, Lockwood, Pulliam and
