At a enll meeting of the Board of Commissioners held in the
Comnissionc s' Chamber at the City Hall, Paducah, Kentucky at 2 o'clock P.M. on
the 13th day of August, 1936, Liayor Washburn presided and upon call o: the roll
the follovrin„ answered to their names:Commissioners Hannan, Lockwood, Melton,
Pulliam and _ayor 'Mashburn (5).
Mayor C,ashburn stated purpose of call, to -wit: For the purpose of

hearini; complaints against C. C. Stacey, and to transact ady other business that
may come before the meeting.
Mayor Washburn offered the following motion: I move that the
telegram from Guy H. Herdman, Assistant Attorney General, be received, filed and
spread upon the 9inutes; also that copy or telegram sent by the Mayor to B. ?,1.

Commissioner Hannin offered the following motion: I move that the
,Mayor be instructed for and on behalf of the City of Paducah to give notice to
the Parkrite Corporation that at the end of the 90 day period provided in the
contract betreen the City of Paducah and the Parkrite Corporation the City of
Paducah desires said meters removed from the streets of the City of Paducah.

S:ayor Lashburn offered the following motion: I move that the
