at 2:30 o1clock P.M. on the lord day of July, 1936, Mayor Washburn presided and
,:pon call of the roll the following answered to their names: Commission rs Hannin,
Lockwood, Pulliam and Mayor Washburn (4).
Minutes of the previous meeting were a6opted as read.

Commissioner Pulliam offered the following motion:
Tax exonerations I move that exonerations No. 760 to No.904 inclusive be received and filed, and
that the amount of $957.73 be exonerated on the tax bills as shown on said
exonerations.

Examination of J. W. Jackson, 1116 Jefferson, Paducah, Sem:tucky.
Head, negative.
Eyes, react to light, accomodate to distance, pupils regular.
I am not equipped to make a complete examination of eyes.
Nose, negative.
Teeth, false.
Throat, negative.
Neck, negative.
Lungs, no impairment of resonance, no rales, expansion equal.
Heart, no audible murmurs, rhythm regular, rate 80, moderate enlargement,
Blood pres:.ure 182/92.
Abdomen, nsgative.
Genitalia, negative.
Reflexes, negative.
Extremities, unable to completely flex or extend fingers of left hand. Gait,
slight limp of left leg.
Impression:
1. Hypertensive heart disease.
2. Generalized arteriosclerosis.
3. Some impairment of left hand and slight limp in left leg
due to cerebral hemorrhage, December, 1933.
Unable to obtain specimen of urine.
It is my opinion that this man is not physically able to perform the regular duties
of a noliceman.
