At a regular meeting of the Board of Commissioners held in the
Co_missioners' Chamber in the City Hall, Paducah, Kentucky, at 2;00 o'clock P.M. on
the 20th day of July, 1936, Mayor Mashburn presided and upon call of the roll the
following answered to their names: Commissioners Helton, Pulliam and Mayor Washburn
(b).
Upon agreement of members present the reading and adopting of
',the minutes of previous meetings were postponed until 2 o'clock P.L. Thursday, July
':23, 1936.
Beer Commissioner Belton offered the following motion: That a license
Licenseto permit the retailing of beer and light wines to the following applicants be received

and filed and held until the neat regular meeting for final action:
